MY STORY
Hello, I am Jacquie...
a certified ISSA personal trainer, barre instructor and a dog mom. Growing up I was a dancer, a drummer and a competitive figure skater. I have always been active and when I turned skating student into coach, I realized I love helping people meet their goals and build their confidence. Low impact workouts have been a lifesaver to my joints and allows me to build my balance and mobility as well. I love the way it makes me feel and I can't wait to share my passion with you!
